POLICY CONCERNING ONLINE TOUR DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION PENALTIES

All Tour Reservations cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or not showing at the pickup location, will result in 100% payment.

Due to the nature of our wholesale direct to consumer sales transactions, all tour deposits are nonrefundable-NO EXCEPTIONS. All prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Credit Card will be pre-authorized for certain Airplane & Helicopter prepaid tours. Reservations can only be guaranteed upon reservation confirmation and tour deposit authorization - DEPOSIT GUARANTEES RESERVATION. If a customer requests a cancellation, customer is entitled to a 36 month credit on comparable tour at current wholesale prices at Best Las Vegas Tours discretion. Absolutely No cash refunds.

*All passengers must reconfirm selected tour by calling phone number on email confirmation 24 hours prior to tour. No refund for no-show strictly reinforced in order to protect our vendors. It is the passengers responsibility to ensure they are in correct pick up location at correct time as stated on their confirmation form Please be ready 15-20 minutes before pickup time. Duration of tour hours is an approximation.

Tours may include some element of risk. We assume no liability for injuries. Nonsmoking in tour vehicles and aircraft strictly enforced.

All confirmed reservations are guaranteed 100%. 72 hour cancellation policy applies only to documented cancellation of flight reservations, hotel reservations, etc. to Las Vegas, health problems beyond parties control or Acts of God and Nature.

 *Verifiable documentation must accompany a fax with cover letter to our Consumer Affairs Dept. in order for client to receive any type of compensation of security deposit at the discretion of Best Las Vegas Tours. If a customer must cancel a tour, $35.00 cancellation fee per person will apply to ANY DISCOUNTED TOUR sold from BestLasVegasTours.com

We reserve the right to alter, modify or cancel a tour due to bad weather, unsafe conditions or at the request of governmental, park, & state agencies. A FULL Refund is given if we must cancel a tour. Certain vehicle tours and air tours carry a one-time transit fuel fee adjusted to the national market at time of tour.
